While getting a foot into the highly competitive property market can mean sacrificing lifestyle and location for many first home buyers, this project is offering new hope.

Seasons by Cube is set to make urban, coastal living more attainable for younger buyers.

The exciting project will cater to those seeking a healthy appetite for leisure, liveability and play at a palatable price.

Nestled between Mooloolaba and Caloundra, the eight-storey Cottee Parker-designed offering will provide apartments to all individual purchaser requirements across three towers in the emerging suburb of Birtinya.

With the First Home Buyers Grant and record low mortgage rates to support buyers, Director of Cottee Parker Architects, Sandra Brown said an emphasis on aesthetics, generously sized apartments and a plethora of amenities was expected to impress young buyers.

“We have focused on a range of materials to achieve a sleek, urban feel (with) timber, aluminium, plenty of greenery, as well as getting a lot of the off-form concrete into the design,” she said.

Cube Development Director Scott Juniper said the sense of vibrancy and play ran through the fabric of Season’s entire blueprint, where vacation and everyday living converged.

“We wanted to create a product that appealed to a youthful, lifestyle-oriented buyer through a new-age ‘live, work and play’ model at a price they could afford,” he said.

“We’ve packed Seasons with a heap of amenity that lends itself to just that, including a spa and sauna, 25m lap pool, a large format gym and outdoor showers to wash off after a morning in the surf.”

Birtinya enjoys waterfront vistas built around Lake Kawana, with Bokarina Beach a short walk or cycle away and the Glasshouse Mountains providing a stunning mountain backdrop to the west.

“It made sense that Birtinya was the spot to do it. The community has well and truly begun bursting to life, as exciting projects, retail and living options emerge. The location itself oozes coastal appeal,” Mr Juniper said.

“While the game has changed in terms of how and where people are working, key to Birtinya’s value is its high connectivity and accessibility both interstate and around Queensland.

“Birtinya links easily to Brisbane or further up the coast via the Bruce Highway through the Kawana Way Link Road, as well as being moments from the new Sunshine Coast Airport via the Sunshine Motorway, which will be even more enviable as travel opens up to keen jet setters.”

Seasons by Cube offers two and three bedroom apartments priced from $499,000 with expressions of interest now open. To find out more, please visit www.cubedevelopments.com.au/project/seasons.
