A Wurtulla mum is ready to say goodbye to renting and hello to a new family home after she won big in Gold Lotto.

She was one of nine division one winners in Saturday’s Gold Lotto draw, with each winner scoring $633,095.

“Wow, that is so good,” she cried after her win was confirmed.

“We just checked the ticket before and we thought it couldn’t be real. Oh my god.

“This is so good. My brain’s not focussing properly.

“It’s going to make a huge difference. It’s so fabulous.

“That prize is a house. We’re renting and we’ve been wanting to get a house for the family. This means we now can.

Her winning marked 12-game entry was purchased at Wurtulla News and Tobacconist on Nicklin Way, Wurtulla.

There are celebrations for a Sunshine Coast woman and her family, after she won Lotto.

The winning numbers were 34, 18, 1, 5, 20 and 23, while the supplementary numbers were 35 and 9.

“I’ve been playing these same numbers for years, but they’ve never won anything like this,” she said.

Wurtulla News and Tobacconist owner Honey Patel said the win was the first division one winning entry her outlet had sold, since she took ownership in June.

‘We wish our winner all the best with her winnings. We’re so glad we could sell this division one winning ticket and change their lives,” she said.
